A piece made specifically for you doesn’t need to come with an inflated price. You choose the diamond, see the complete price upfront, and only move forward when everything feels right.

Your render, revisions and diamond sourcing are included. There is no separate design fee.

Every option comes with complete pricing, so you know exactly what your piece will cost before approving it.

We don’t take payment while you’re exploring ideas. Once you’ve chosen your diamond and approved the design, we’ll send everything over to begin production.

Questions about custom

Full FAQ

How long does a custom piece take?

Three to four weeks from the day you approve the design, for most rings. Complex pieces and full eternity bands can take five to six. If you have a date, tell us before you order and we will confirm in writing whether we can meet it.

Can you use stones from a ring I already own?

Yes, and we do it often. We inspect the stone first and tell you honestly whether it is sound enough to reset. A setting fee of $200 applies to customer-supplied stones, and discount codes do not apply to that fee.

Do I have to pay to see a design?

No. The three stone options, the 3D render and the gemologist's note are free. We only take payment once you approve the design.

What if I do not like what you send?

Tell us, and we will send another set. There is no limit on revisions and no charge for them.

Is custom more expensive than buying a setting?

Usually not. You are choosing the same stones and the same makers; the difference is that the setting is made to your design rather than picked from the catalog.

Not sure where to begin?
