Free Resizing
Every ring we make includes one complimentary resize within the first year, shipped insured both ways. If the size is wrong, it costs you nothing to put right.
What we can resize
| Solitaire and pavé rings | Up to two sizes up or down |
| Hidden halo and three stone | Up to two sizes, assessed individually |
| Half eternity bands | One size, sometimes two |
| Full eternity bands | Cannot be resized — we remake at cost of materials |
How long it takes
Five to seven business days in our workshop, plus shipping each way. If you are working to a date, tell us and we will prioritise it.
How to start
Email or text us with your order number and the size you need. We send a prepaid insured label, resize the ring, check every stone under magnification, clean and polish it, and send it back.
After the first year
Resizing is charged at cost of labour and materials, typically $65 to $145 depending on the setting. We quote before we start, always.
Not sure of the size?
Order with "help me later" for the size and we will post you a free plastic ring sizer. Nothing is cast until we have the size, so there is no delay in the meantime.
