Free Resizing
Every ring we make includes one complimentary resize within six months of delivery. If the fit is not quite right, we will put it right.
What can be resized
| Solitaire and pavé rings | Up to two sizes up or down |
| Hidden halo and three-stone rings | Up to two sizes, assessed individually |
| Half eternity bands | One size, occasionally two |
| Eternity bands | Cannot be resized, as the diamonds continue around the full circumference. We are happy to quote for remaking. |
How long it takes
Five to seven business days, plus shipping each way. If you are working toward a date, let us know and we will prioritize your ring.
How to begin
Write to us with your order number and the size you need, and we will send a prepaid return label. When your ring arrives we resize it, check every stone under magnification, clean and polish it, and return it to you.
After six months
Resizing is quoted in advance, at the cost of labor and materials — typically between $65 and $145, depending on the setting.
