These Terms and Conditions (“Terms” or “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Ring Premier website located at www.ringpremier.com (the “Site”) and any related services provided by Ring Premier (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Site, you (“User” or “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site.

1. Definitions

- User / You: Any individual accessing or using the Site.

- Services: Ordering, customization, delivery, and customer support functions.

By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
3. Eligibility
To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
4. Site Use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Attempt to disrupt or harm the Site or its security.
- Use automated tools (including scraping, spiders, or bots) without permission.
- Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information.

7. Electronic Communications

8. Products and Services
We strive for accuracy; however, product descriptions, pricing, availability, and imagery may change without notice. Colors and appearances can vary by screen.
9. Ordering and Payment
- Orders are confirmed once payment is authorized.
- We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and approved financing options.
- We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, error, or policy violation.
10. Pricing and Availability
- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
- Errors may occur; we may cancel or adjust affected orders when necessary.
- Taxes apply where required. International customers are responsible for duties and import taxes.
11. Shipping and Delivery
11.1 Carriers
All shipments are handled through FedEx Insured Shipping. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery confirmation.
11.2 Domestic Shipping
- Free insured FedEx shipping is offered on qualifying U.S. orders above our stated threshold.
- Delivery estimates vary by product type (ready-to-ship vs. made-to-order).
11.3 International Shipping
- We ship to select international destinations.
- Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs clearance unless otherwise stated.
11.4 Signature Requirement
All fine jewelry orders require an adult signature upon delivery for security reasons.
12. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
12.1 Standard Return Window
We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date of FedEx delivery confirmation.
12.2 Eligible Items
- All jewelry, including ready-to-ship, made-to-order, and custom/bespoke items.
- Items must be unworn and in original condition, with packaging, certificates, and appraisals.
12.3 Engraved & Altered Items
Engraved or altered items are returnable; a refinishing fee may be deducted to restore the item for resale.
12.4 Non-Returnable Items
- Items showing visible wear, damage, or evidence of tampering.
- Items altered by a third-party jeweler.
12.5 Return Process
- Contact Client Care to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Domestic customers receive a prepaid insured FedEx label.
- International customers cover return shipping, duties, and taxes unless the return is due to our error.
12.6 Refund Timeline
- Inspection: 3–5 business days after the parcel is delivered to us.
- Refunds: 7–10 business days after inspection to the original payment method.
- Shipping, rush charges, and duties/taxes are non-refundable.
12.7 Certificates & Documentation
Missing grading reports may incur replacement costs.
12.8 Abuse Prevention
Excessive returns (for example, more than three in a rolling 12-month period) may result in refusal of future returns or account suspension.
13. Gift Cards and Promotions
- Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Promotions may carry additional terms and eligibility conditions.
- Gift-with-purchase items must be returned; otherwise their retail value will be deducted from any refund.
14. Warranty and Guarantee
14.1 Lifetime Warranty
Covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
14.2 Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
- Loss or theft.
14.3 Filing a Claim
Defects should be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Items must be returned using an insured shipping method.
15. Intellectual Property Rights
All Site content, including images, text, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Ring Premier or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
16. User-Generated Content
By posting reviews, photos, testimonials, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and operational purposes.
17. Feedback and Submissions
We welcome feedback. By submitting suggestions or ideas, you grant us the right to use them without obligation or compensation.
18. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
19. Modifications to the Service
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or Services at any time without notice.
20. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Products and Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the applicable product.
21. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ring Premier from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
22. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement
22.1 Governing Forum
All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in New York County, New York.
22.2 Arbitration Rules
- Claims must be brought in an individual capacity.
- Each party bears its own legal costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.
22.3 Exceptions
Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court in a competent jurisdiction.
23. Class Action Waiver
You waive the right to participate in any class, collective, or representative action against Ring Premier.
24. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, or supply-chain disruptions.
25. Privacy Policy
25.1 Data Collection
We collect personal information you provide (such as name, email, shipping address) and transactional data related to your orders.
25.2 Data Usage
We use data to process orders, provide customer support, improve our services, and communicate with you.
25.3 GDPR & CCPA Rights
- EU users: rights include access, correction, deletion, and data portability.
- California users: rights include to know, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
25.4 Data Security
We employ industry-standard safeguards and encryption; however, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
26. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
27. Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
28. Waiver
No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
29. Survival
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Indemnification, and Dispute Resolution) shall survive.
30. Notices
We may send notices by email, SMS, or by posting on the Site. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.
31. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
32. Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Ring Premier regarding the Site and Services.
33. No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms confer no rights or remedies upon any person other than you and Ring Premier.
34. Governing Language
These Terms are drafted in English. Translations, if provided, are for convenience only.
35. Age Restrictions
We do not knowingly sell to or collect information from individuals under 18 years of age.
36. Export Policy
Products may be subject to U.S. export control laws. You agree not to resell or ship in violation of such laws.
37. Price Match Guarantee
- Applies only before purchase.
- Eligible comparisons must be GIA, IGI, or GCAL–certified diamonds from authorized retailers with identical specifications.
- Excludes promotional discounts, marketplace listings, and post-purchase requests.
- Proof must be submitted in writing prior to checkout for verification.
