Every order ships free, fully insured, from our New York workshop. Signature is required on delivery for anything over $500.
When your order ships

You will get a tracking number by email the moment the label is created. If you have a date to hit, tell us before you order and we will confirm in writing whether we can meet it.
How it ships
FedEx Priority Overnight within the United States, fully insured to the value of the order, signature required. Packaging is deliberately plain: there is nothing on the outside of the box that says what is inside or who it is from.
International
We ship worldwide by FedEx International Priority, insured. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included at checkout.
Returns
Free returns within 30 days of delivery on non-custom pieces, in original condition with the grading report. We email a prepaid insured label. Custom and engraved pieces are final sale, which we will always tell you before you order.
