Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.


How to Start a Return

All returns must now be initiated through our online return portal:

Simply enter your order number and email address to begin. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid, insured return label (for U.S. orders only).


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, documentation, and certificates must be included
  • Returns must be shipped within 7 days of label approval

Custom, Engraved, or Personalized Pieces

Custom and engraved items are eligible for return; however, a refinishing fee may apply. We’ll confirm any applicable fee before processing your refund.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Pieces missing original packaging or documentation
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window
  • Shipping Protection, original shipping costs, rush fees, and international duties/taxes

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within the 30-day window. If you need your replacement quickly, the fastest path is to return for a refund and place a new order right away.


Refunds

Once your item is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days), your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Original shipping, Shipping Protection, rush fees, and international duties/taxes are non-refundable.


International Orders

International clients may also submit return requests via the portal. You’ll be responsible for shipping, insurance, and any customs duties unless the return is due to our error.


Fair Use Policy

We monitor for excessive or patterned “wear-and-return” behavior and may limit future returns in such cases.
