We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes outlined here, comply with legal obligations (including tax, accounting, and warranty), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Examples: order data up to 7 years; support tickets up to 3 years; marketing contacts until you opt out or after dormancy. When no longer required, we delete, de-identify, or aggregate data subject to reasonable safeguards.
5) Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the volume and sensitivity of personal information (HTTPS, encryption in transit, restricted access, role-based permissions, vendor due diligence). No system is 100% secure—please use unique, strong passwords and notify us of any suspected compromise.
6) Children’s privacy
Our Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us to request deletion.
7) Your privacy choices & rights

You may appeal a decision by replying “Appeal” to our determination; we will respond within the time required by law.
California disclosures: Use Your Privacy Choices to opt out of sale/share for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by Cal. Civ. Code §1798.121. If we offer rewards, referrals, or loyalty programs, we will provide a Notice of Financial Incentive.
