Delivery and Returns

Pieces in stock leave us within 48 hours; everything else is made for you in five to seven business days, then shipped by FedEx with a signature required on delivery. Shipping is complimentary over $500. You have 30 days from delivery to return a piece; custom and engraved pieces may be returned subject to a restocking fee.

Care and Warranty
