Shipping
Stud earrings typically ship within 5 business days. Bracelets and necklaces within 10 business days. Rings and custom pieces are made to order and usually ship in 2.5–3 weeks. We'll keep you updated at every step.
Yes. All U.S. orders over $500 include complimentary, fully insured FedEx shipping with signature required on delivery.
Not yet, but we're working on it. Currently we ship within the United States only. If you're outside the U.S., feel free to reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging with all certificates and documentation included. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Because each piece is made to order, we handle exchanges as a return and new order. Our team will walk you through the process to make it seamless.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. For orders over $3,000, we also accept wire transfers. Financing options are available at checkout through Affirm.
Yes — they're chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. The only difference is how they're created: in a controlled lab environment rather than extracted from the earth. They test as real diamonds because they are real diamonds.
Every diamond we sell is independently graded and certified by IGI (International Gemological Institute). Your certificate verifies the diamond's cut, color, clarity, and carat weight — giving you full transparency on exactly what you're getting.
Lab-grown diamonds offer the same brilliance, hardness, and fire as mined diamonds — at a significantly lower environmental cost and a better price point. For us, it's not about one being better than the other. It's about giving you a choice that aligns with how you want to buy.
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds and will test positive on any standard diamond tester. A jeweler cannot distinguish between a lab-grown and mined diamond without specialized equipment.
Like all diamonds, resale value depends on the market. Lab-grown diamonds are priced lower than mined equivalents, so your initial investment is smaller — but the beauty, durability, and certification are identical. We believe the value of a diamond is in wearing it, not reselling it.
Absolutely. From modifying an existing design to creating something entirely from scratch, our team works with you through the entire process. Fill out our Start Your Design form and a gemologist will be in touch within one business day.
It starts with a conversation. You tell us what you're envisioning — shape, setting, budget, timeline. We present stone options with HD imagery, create a 3D render of your piece for approval, then our jewelers handcraft it in New York. The whole process typically takes 3–4 weeks.
Yes. Most of our clients work with us remotely. Book a one-on-one video session with our gemologists — you'll see diamond options in HD and design your piece from anywhere.
No. Consultations are completely complimentary, whether virtual or in person. There's no obligation to purchase.
We offer a complimentary ring sizing kit shipped to your door. You can also visit a local jeweler for sizing, or we can help you determine your size during a virtual consultation.
We offer one complimentary resizing within 60 days of delivery on most ring styles. Some designs (such as eternity bands) have size limitations — our team will let you know upfront if that applies to your piece.
We work in 14K and 18K gold (yellow, white, and rose) and Platinum PT950. Platinum is available on select styles. All metals are nickel-free and hypoallergenic.
Every piece comes with a one-year manufacturing warranty that covers defects in craftsmanship — including loose stones, prong issues, and setting problems. This does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, or damage from external repairs.
Clean regularly with mild soap, warm water, and a soft-bristle brush. Avoid wearing jewelry during heavy exercise, swimming, or while applying lotions and perfumes. Store pieces individually in a soft pouch to prevent scratching.
Yes — especially for engagement rings and high-value pieces. We provide an appraisal document with every qualifying purchase that you can use to set up a policy through your homeowner's insurance or a standalone provider.
